The Phygital Games USA tournament features 16 teams per sport. The Group Stage follows a GSL format in double-elimination for Phygital Soccer and Basketball. Teams that finish top of their group earn a direct spot in the quarterfinals, while those finishing 2nd and 3rd progress to the playoffs for another chance to advance.
In Phygital Laser Tag and Just Dance, teams and athletes compete in Round Robin matches to accumulate points. The highest-ranking teams by points advance to the direct elimination stage, all the way to the grand finals.
